Development Centers are a very effective way of evaluating participants’ performance in their current roles against a set of competencies.
The Development Center process also allows high potential individuals to be pinpointed for future promotion or fast track development, as part of succession planning.
Our Development Centers comprise of a mix of business simulation exercises, either custom designed or from our off-the-shelf AC-EXS range. These are often supplemented by the inclusion of psychometrics to examine a participant’s motives, talents and personal values.
Development Centers often have a catalytic affect in preparing individuals to embark on a process of behavioral change in order to meet new business expectations, changing personal aspirations or more often a combination of both. To facilitate this process, our Development Centers incorporate activities that help participants to gain maximum benefit from the feedback, and to engage in accelerated post-Center learning.
