Development of New Situational Judgment Tests
Following the success of Graduate Dilemmas™, A&DC’s Situational Judgment Test (SJT) for Graduate Sifting, our Product Development Team is developing four new SJTs for Customer Service, Call Center, Managerial and Administrative roles.
In a Situational Judgment Test (SJT) a participant is presented with a series of job-relevant scenarios. Each scenario has a number of possible actions that could be taken in relation to it. Participants must rate the effectiveness of these actions through our online platform, where results are collated and scores automatically produced.
We are keen to work with organizations to develop these exciting new tools and naturally we will offer incentives in return for your involvement.
