The Cultural Alignment Indicator™ (CAI)
This innovative online tool allows you to quickly and effectively assess the degree of alignment between a Candidate’s beliefs and the espoused values that are important in your organization culture.
In our view, it is as important to measure cultural alignment as it is capability alignment (ie skills, knowledge and experience), as research has shown that when cultural alignment exists, people report higher levels of job satisfaction. A higher level of job satisfaction leads to reduced attrition rates, higher levels of discretionary effort and is linked with higher levels of performance.
Using the CAI, you can:
- Create a suitable organizational profile
- Compare individual Candidate’s scores against your organizational profile to assess the degree of culture fit and prepare interview questions to explore areas of alignment/misalignment
